Engineering practices that compound across a programme's lifecycle.

We are organised around five tightly coupled practices. Most engagements draw from more than one — by design.

01  /  Practice

Platform engineering

Scalable software platforms designed to support real business operations — multi-tenant, identity-aware, observable, and operable for years.

Capabilities
  • Multi-tenant architecture and data isolation
  • Federated identity (OIDC, SAML, Keycloak)
  • Workflow systems with audit trails
  • Reporting layers and operational dashboards
  • Production-grade security baselines
Deliverables
  • Architecture brief
  • Production system
  • Operations runbook
  • Handover documentation
Stack signals
  • Next.js
  • Astro
  • Node.js
  • PostgreSQL
  • Keycloak
02  /  Practice

Application engineering

Bespoke applications for the operating heart of an organization — internal tools, workflow systems, and back-office software your team actually runs on.

Capabilities
  • Cross-platform application development
  • Internal tools and back-office systems
  • Workflow automation and approvals
  • Integration with existing back-ends and APIs
  • Operational analytics and instrumentation
Deliverables
  • Working software
  • Operator console
  • Migration plan
  • Performance baseline
Stack signals
  • TypeScript
  • Laravel
  • PostgreSQL
  • Redis
  • Docker
03  /  Practice

Mobile

iOS and Android applications built for the realities of modern usage — offline-tolerant, performant on mid-range devices, fast on the network you actually have.

Capabilities
  • Native and cross-platform delivery
  • Offline-first synchronisation
  • Performance budget per device tier
  • Background work and push notification
  • App Store and Play release management
Deliverables
  • Production builds
  • Crash & telemetry baseline
  • Store assets
  • Release pipeline
Stack signals
  • React Native
  • Swift
  • Kotlin
  • Expo
  • Sentry
04  /  Practice

Commerce

Commerce platforms wired to the way modern businesses actually transact — local payments, marketplace logistics, settlement that finance can audit.

Capabilities
  • Catalog and inventory architecture
  • Local & global payment integration
  • Marketplace and multi-vendor logic
  • Logistics and shipping orchestration
  • Reconciliation and finance reporting
Deliverables
  • Storefront
  • Operator back-office
  • Payment & logistics integrations
  • Reconciliation reports
Stack signals
  • Next.js
  • Medusa
  • Midtrans
  • Xendit
  • PostgreSQL

Custom software

Engagements that don't fit a category. Internal operating systems, training platforms, marketplace systems, research instruments, bespoke workflows — engineered with the same discipline.

Capabilities
  • Discovery, framing, and architectural assessment
  • Domain modelling for unfamiliar problem spaces
  • Bespoke workflow and operations systems
  • Modernisation of legacy systems and platforms
  • Long-horizon operational handover
Deliverables
  • Discovery brief
  • System design
  • Production rollout
  • Operations partnership
Stack signals
  • Polyglot
  • Cloud-native
  • Open standards
Engagement model

How we structure work.

Three engagement shapes, each priced and scoped for its purpose. We will tell you which one fits — even when the answer means a smaller engagement.

  1. 01

    Discovery sprint

    2–4 weeks
    Fit for

You suspect there is a programme here, but you need a written, defensible assessment before committing capital.

    Shape

Two to four weeks. Senior engineers and a strategist working alongside your team. Output is a written brief, an architectural sketch, and a go / no-go recommendation we will defend in writing.

  2. 02

    Programme build

    3–10 months
    Fit for

You are building a real production system that your team will operate for years. You need senior engineers owning outcomes end-to-end.

    Shape

A small team, including architecture, engineering, and design, embedded with your stakeholders. We work in fortnightly cycles with written deliverables and a hard go / no-go gate at each phase boundary.

  3. 03

    Operations partnership

    12+ months, renewable
    Fit for

The system is in production. You need a partner who can carry it forward — operations, evolution, incident response — without re-onboarding strangers every quarter.

    Shape

Long-running engagement with named senior engineers, an SLA-aware response posture, and quarterly architectural reviews. Designed for teams that cannot afford operational drift.
